Instructions
  1. Lay out your wrap and slather on your miracle whip and mustard. Add your cucumber slices and disperse your shredded cheese like a platoon leader after chow!
  2. Cut your chicken into smaller pieces so it will fit into the wrap more easily.
  3. Add some spinach/lettuce to be healthful!
  4. Wrap it up making sure to keep it tight and if you want it burrito style then just fold in the two ends before your final roll.
  5. Heat up a non stick skillet to just over medium heat and place your wrap in the pan to get that brown crispy shell like all the taco places like to do. Plus it melts the cheese and the peas I added(optional).
  6. Take it off the heat after a few minutes or until each side is lightly brown. Cut it in half if you’d like and there you have it….Spinach Chicken Wrap with broccoli and lentils!
  7. *Heat up frozen broccoli in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes and if you are looking to make the lentils head over to my lentil dal recipe(in my notes below) just subtract the tomato paste and your good to go my friends!
