No Touch Freezer Chicken
Maybe i’m late to the game but I found this really great technique to use so after buying your fresh chicken you can individually wrap each piece without even touching any meat what so ever. Now isn’t that great and it really cuts the paper towel bill down to boot!

Instructions
  1. Grab a small ziplock bag and turn it inside out by grabbing from the inside first and pulling towards you. I like to count how many chicken breasts I have and do this step before beginning with the rest.
  2. I shop all over but this time I was at Walmart and picked up these boneless skinless breasts for $1.99 lbs. I like to cut up breasts and make an assortment of dishes with them, they are so dang versatile lol.
  3. Open the packaging with a knife and start to remove the chicken pieces by grabbing each one with your inside out ziplock bags.
  4. You can wrap them individually(like I did) or group the pieces into as many as you’d like.
  5. Take a marker and a large ziplock bag and write on the front the date and chicken breasts. Place into your freezer for long storage or into the refrigerator if you plan to use them within the next day or so.
