Lime Salmon Stir Fry

[blue_heading]Lime Salmon Stir Fry Recipe $1.76[/blue_heading]
I don’t always have the cash to buy the sort of fish i’d like so I usually only buy fish a couple of times a month and that means it’s either in a packet or frozen. Â I happen to be at Walmart last week and found these handy frozen salmon burger patties perfect for a quick cook up! Â Even though it’s possible to buy high quality fish in the Midwest it’s not always the most cost effective. Â I find cod, tilapia, bass, mai, salmon, tuna, and catfish to be among my favorites and I am always willing to try new varieties when the mood strikes. Â Fish is a very lean high protein meat that is popular within the health community as no other meat can be it as far as nutritional make-up. Â So if you can find a good source of fish in your communities make sure it’s a regular part of your diet for a well rounded healthy life!
Update: Since writing this recipe I found out these particular salmon burgers are in fact fished from China and for those concerned like I am with slack foreign food quality regulations than please be aware of this and purchase a sustainable domestic product as to avoid unwanted foreign fishing practices.
This is a quick easy complete meal that can be made in under 15 minutes! Â You can make extra very easily with this recipe and it’s great as left overs for the next day.
